More than 10 years of work experiences in the field of IT Enabled Services Development and Management, I have done extensive research on ICT for Education domain to improve teaching learning methods and instant communication between stakeholders for better monitoring. My current research on Just-In-Time Tutoring will help students in their lessons as & when required from experts with feedback to the teacher. This research is also part of my M.Phil study at the University of Dhaka. My previous experience on Education Management Information System (EMIS) development & implementation as CTO at Edu-Smart helped me to understand the education domain in developing countries and gave me the opportunity to work with more than 50 educational institutions in Bangladesh.
